A completely free recognition mark for companies with credible, accumulated reviews, and never for sale in any form.
The badge marks companies that have accumulated enough credible reviews and data transparency to serve as an example. Unlike certifications such as Great Place to Work, there is no payment of any kind here. The value comes purely from the volume and quality of data accumulated on the platform.
No cost, no subscription, and the badge cannot be purchased in any way.
Current criteria
- At least 10 approved reviews
- An overall score of 4+ out of 5
The badge is awarded automatically, from the reviews alone. It cannot be requested or paid for, and it is removed by itself if the score falls below the bar. Criteria may evolve as the platform grows.
